Between two tenants, an apartment often just needs a quick refresh to be re-let quickly and at its full value. I take care of painting, touch-ups, small repairs and post-work cleaning, without bringing in a large company for what remains light work.

Outgoing tenants: restoring the home before the final inspection

A damaged home can end up costing a lot when the property manager arranges the work and bills it back to you. By handling it yourself beforehand, restoring the home comes out significantly cheaper. I help you get the apartment back into proper condition before the final inspection.

Rates

CHF 80/ hour

The hourly rate covers working time. Travel, transport, materials, recycling centre fees and specific costs are discussed before the work starts.

For longer jobs, an estimate can be given based on the information and photos received.
